Sunil Attri

Director of Analytics

Certified in analytics technologies and methodologies and media stack, Sunil has over 14 years of experience in analytics, customer insights, business intelligence, and conversion rate optimization in web and mobile for a range of industries, such as retail, healthcare, media, finance, transportation, and hospitality.

With a keen sense for how data informs marketing and commerce, Sunil is a subject matter expert in web and mobile app analytics, A/B testing, usability analysis, behavioral targeting, and tag management. His toolset expertise includes Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Localytics, TeaLeaf, ClickTale, Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, Tealium, Optimizely, Google Optimize 360, Hadoop, Hive, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and attribution modeling tools.

Sunil has held analytics leadership roles at M.H. Alshaya, Times Internet, Expedia, Cognizant. He holds Master’s degrees in Computer Application and Business  Administration and has multiple Google certifications.

Greg Ignarowicz

Sales Manager

Greg has 14+ years of experience in international technology B2B sales and specializes in creating scalable and predictable demand generation and sales processes and structures in IT organizations.

For more than 7 years, Greg has been building sales processes and strategies for a number of global companies within the GCC region.

Greg graduated with a BA in Business Management from the National Louis University in Chicago and has multiple Oracle, Salesforce, and specialized sales certifications.

Sabrina Staats Sherif

Marketing Manager

Sabrina is an experienced digital marketing manager from the Netherlands focused on international business innovation and data-driven business transformation. Sabrina has a multi-industry background from working in the technology, design, automotive, and tourism industries. Having worked in both an agency and a software technology business, gives her the ability to combine her creative and technical skills and properly represent the DNA of e-CENS.

Sabrina earned a BA in International Business and Innovation from Inholland University of Amsterdam. While digitally native, she studied fine arts for two years at ArtEZ University of Arts.

Mario Saaiby

Sales Manager

Mario has more than 11 years of experience in Digital Sales and Marketing. He has an understanding of brand requirements and can help clients quickly formulate in-depth project needs. This ability to relate to business leaders enables him to forge professional relationships and help clients find the best solutions and teams to achieve their goals.

Mario earned his Bachelors in Business Marketing & Management from the Lebanese American University. Mario has multiple sales and digital marketing certificates from Google. Based in Dubai, Mario manages the sales for our MENA region.

Feras Ahlou

Co-Founder

Feras is an industry veteran, and an analytics thought leader. After establishing and growing a global analytics consulting firm, E-Nor, in the heart of Silicon Valley, Feras co-founded the Dubai-based company in 2013 to meet the needs of the MENA client base. Feras led his company to become a Google Marketing Platform certified partner and a Google Analytics 360 reseller. Feras is a widely sought after speaker and is a co-author of Google Analytics Breakthrough: From Zero to Business Impact.

Bashar Hafez

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Bashar is a seasoned global technology executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading software, product development, and analytics organizations at Fortune 500 companies, regional and global brands.

Partnering with Feras and a group of seasoned consultants, Bashar built the e-CENS business from the ground up. In addition to leading the e-CENS Client Success team, Bashar works closely with Google, Tealium, and industry-leading technology partners to offer best-in-class data and optimization services.

Bashar has led e-CENS key client engagements with marquee clients including MBC, Emaar, OSN, Saudia Airlines, Jarir, and Publicis Groupe, among others. Bashar also launched the Smartpreneur program, a collaboration between the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Smart Dubai Government. Bashar has an MBA from the London School of Business.
